Review for Blair Place Apartments

The Blair Place Apartments came highly recommended by some friends....they told us how clean, well kept they are. We applied and were accepted they only required the first months rent and deposit to move in..that was a wonderful surprise no last months rent and that made it a little easier to afford. When ever we needed something fixed....even a plugged toilet they were right there with a smile and took care of the problem and no additional fees like other apartments that we have lived in elsewhere. The management staff was friendly, polite and very professional...what a joy to work with someone for a change that actually cares about us and treated us like a neighbor not a number on a board. Whatever the issue everyone at Blair took good care of us. We bought a house and when we moved out there were no surprises at all...we did a final inspection...of course we had missed a few items to clean, but they let us come back the next day to take care of it....and they didn't charge us any additional fees for the extra day.....shock....shock!! We received all of our deposit back minus carpet cleaning of $125.00 and some reflector pans at their cost of $6.80. It is the best apartment complex in Jackson and I would highly recommend them to my friends.
