Very Clean Unit

I was astounded at how clean my unit was in College Commons when I moved in. Walls were freshly painted and the all the rooms were spotless.

Pros-
Close to campus
Spacious for 2
Free heat, water, internet
Clean clean clean.

Cons-
No ceiling fans
Internet speed was slow and got annoying
Plowing in the winter was not very fast or efficient
Single AC unit did not cool the entire apt
