I love living here I have lived here for a year and a half, I almost always have a parking space right outside my door. Parking was a small problem last winter but the staff promptly fixed it. Private entry is a huge plus with my dog. The staff plans activities for us that are fun. They always have fun prizes. The place is clean they have been working on landscaping all summer and it is looking really nice. Provide bags all over to clean up after animals and most people use them. Neighbors are friendly and quiet.

First of all, there is only one place where bags are provided for dog poop. Secondly, it is frequently empty- no bags. Also, there used to be nice barrels for collecting the dog waste. Now, there are tacky Rubbermaid trash cans. Half of them have been moved to wicker stations right in front of apartment front doors. I can't imagine those vacancies will fill, because that's an unpleasant sight. Not to mention what the odor will be like in the warmer months... those residents would never be able to open their windows. Ew!
