I live in a quiet corner of the complex, with a parking lot convenient only to my building. I have not had any parking or vandalism issues. The apartment itself is nice. Good appliances, nice reliable hot-water heat. There are some large ants in the apartment this spring, but hey, I live in a heavily wooded spot. Management has taken care of any issues quickly, none of which have been in the apartment itself. I can't complain thus far, after 9 months. Well, the complex could be better lit, at least in my corner. Good apartment for a good price.
