I read the other reviews and know from exp. that mold happens if people live dirty and are cheap with turning on the heat. How is it the mgr's fault? Stop being cheap and use your heater... and clean up your messy place and you wouldn't have mold! Hello people! We live in WA state. You can get mold anywhere, not just here! That mold paperwork just states that they will come in and school you if you don't know to turn on a fan when showering, or keeping your apartment moisture free. I thought everyone knew that...Live clean and you won't have mold. Duh! No place is perfect. Atleast they care enough to come and get rid of it and explain how to keep from getting it again.
