Review for Emerald Point Apartments

Emerald Point is a nice place to live, especially for first timers! The leasing staff is very friendly and the maintenance guys are always riding along in their little golf carts fixing things. I had an ac leak and a clogged tub and both times they were there within 10-20 minutes after I called the office. Both problems were fixed the way the should have been too. I've personally never had any problems with neighbors. There are laundry mats convieniently all around, although i've never used them (not a big fan of community washers/dryers). They have a pretty decent sized playground with a fairly large field beside it perfect for neighborhood football games (which i see quite often). Three tennis courts that light up at night. A swimming pool. And a 24hr fitness center (never been in it). The apartments are pretty decent sized and are cheaper than many other complexes around here. Parking is first come first serve, makes it easy on your guests! Unless you live on Westminster then you probably have to park on the street (only downfall). Yes, there can be roaches at times... But what apartment complex doesn't? As long as you clean your house its under control. I haven't experienced mold, so I can't comment on that one. All in all, I would recommend Emerald Point to a friend. (You even get money for doing that too!)
