Review for Chatsworth Park Apartments

I moved in last September. I was very impressed with the way the community center looked and the staff was very nice. But then I saw what the place really was after I moved in, a dump. The place is very, very noisy. I am on the top floor, the 3rd floor and I can still hear people below me and it is very loud and everything echos. Especially in the closed-in hallway, you can hear everything and the hallways always smell like rotten food and barf. Its gross.

About a month ago, I had just parked my car in one of the spots and someone had pulled up next to me and threw their passenger door open and it hit my car, I confronted them and they said they didnt do it. They took about 3 inches of paint off my car and made quite a dent. I recognized the guy who hit my car and went to the office the next day and the guy that hit my car, works for Chatsworth Park!! He works maintenance there. So I told the manager there and they said they would get it fixed. They did not. And the guy refused to pay for it, so I got an officer to come out and see the damage, he claimed it as a hit and run, but the guy still refused to pay for the damage, so I am stuck paying for it. I called Bozzuto, the company, spoke to the manager and he was very inconsiderate and rude. I will never ever rent with a Bozzuto company ever again.

Our filter for our AC unit was supposed to get fixed last december, still hasnt, so I called management again and they said 3 days ago theyd fix it, still have yet to see them, they finally came today, were rude and noisey about it. The area outside is dirty, lots of bugs (they need to spray), dog crap all over the place, gross dumpsters, horrible yardwork and dead grass. Not a good place to rent at, at all and I will never ever recommend this place to live in to anyone! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. My lease goes up this September and I went to give them our 60 day notice and they asked if we would like to keep renting with them, and I said NO WAY!

Do not rent at this place. I thought it was nice, but wait a few months after you move in and youll see how bad it is. Horrible and to pricey for Manassas. And there are NO utilities included in rent.

Horrible.
