Simply put-they are crooks. They are the most dishonest people that you will ever come across. No one wants to rent the units because they are cheap and disgusting. So when you leave they take you to court and simply lie. We left the place spotless, in absolutely perfect condition and they took us to court. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE! Besides-it's a dump.
