Creepy Maintenance Staff And Lacking Heat !

Rented: From 2007 To 2009

They make verbal agreements, then change them and say too bad. Maintenance people enter apartment - with out permission - and snoop around, looking in closets, etc! You Tube video will be posted. One employee was sitting in basement undressed when my wife went down to do laundry. Sneaky rent Increases, very cold & no deposit returned.
