Review for Evergreen Cove Apartments

My initial interaction with them was alright. But that soon changed after moving in. They told me things would be fixed, but at a later date because it was Labor Day and they were both going out of town. Several attempts to get them to fix things were never returned. They never answer their phone and the apartment was in awful condition. I had ants coming out of the cracks and ear wigs coming out of the tub. I have been moved out 6 months and have called repeatedly to get my deposit back and have yet to receive it. Also when I was checking out of my apartment, which I, yes I had to initate they were never available to check me out. Finally when they were I waited for an hour for someone to meet me there and he finally called me and said he had a 'crisis' at work that they had to take care of. Awful managment, would never recommend it to my worst enemy.
