When we moved out my lasting impression of the apartment is that I will not miss my leaking bathtub and sink in the upstairs bathroom. Nor will I miss the giant water spot in my dining room that was never properly taken care of. I never used the dishwasher, although it is advertised as having one because of the putrid rotten egg water that backs up into it. Save your self some hassle and rent elsewhere.
