I have lived at Belagio since 4/2009. The managment has changed but I haven't had any issues. THe property is NOT being maintained. The landscaping is not manicured like it used to be and the interior halls, stairways are very dirty. I have requested that management have them cleaned up and they have not acknowledged by requests. The community really needs recycling containers and to be more conscious of the environment.
