Review for Carrington Court Apartments

We have lived here a short time so far. We live in a 2 bed 2 bath unit not a townhome. Overall the apts are pretty nice. The bathrooms are very small with a stacked washer/dryer unit in the master bath. Our unit was clean when we moved in and in good condition. We do often hear our neighbors but, I guess that is the joys of apt. living. We have found the management easy to deal with and the maintenance person comes in a timely manner and has handled all of our concerns. We do find the rent a bit expensive. The plus to that is it includes a one car garage, cable and heat. There is a lot of parking here and we have not had any issues as far as that is concerned. The design of our apt leaves a little to be desired but who knows when they were built. We have a nice little patio although that too is designed strange. Overall, its an ok place to live and we are happy so far. Its a nice neighborhood and convenient to everything in town. We also like having access to the pool on hot summer days.
