I WOULDNT LET MY PET MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS BY HIMSELF. HALLMARK APARTMENTS ARE VERY GHETTO ITS WORST THAN THE SLUMS OF NEW YORK. DONT WALK BUT RUN AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS. I MOVED IN AND RIGHT BACK OUT.
