Halfpenny Management Does not Care

Be careful
Pro: close to blue route 476, very convenient.

Cons: 1. The parking lots will get flooded during summer season. Move your car whenever heavy.... Waterford

Never rent apt here
this apt is managed by Halfpenny mangement company. The landlord is unresonable and rediculous. The apt. complex is not safe. It Seems everybody can .... Waterford
