Review for Anjou Club Apartments

Don't rent here. First of all the management is incompetent and will not address maintenance issues in a timely manner. There are lots of pests and bugs that are not being taken care of. This place has gone way down hill in the last few months. Also every one of these places can be smoked in, so if you are a non smoker you are most likely going to get a place that smells like smoke or its going to seep in from one of your neighbor’s places. The grass is mostly dead or weeds. These are quite possibly the noisiest apartments I have ever rented. You can hear your neighbor above and on the sides use their toilet (even before the flush) There were some staff members that addressed concerns now they are all gone. The staff that is left doesn't even know what professional is.

Ohh and most of these reviews that are positive (if not all) are written by staff members. Check the yahoo reviews.
