Review for Village Green Apartments

This apartment complex is great when it comes to quiet, and low key for the most part. Management, maintenence, and major problems are another story. it is very difficult to get repairs done without having to request a zillion times. management has a low priority attitude with requests from tenants on issues and repairs. They are not on the side of the tenant and instead seem to accuse rather than listen and understand and try for a win-win situation. Management plus the entire property itself needs a makeover. it is older,and in great need of upgrades. with single pane windows, and no insulation lead to huge electric bills in the winter, let alone ancient baseboard heating in the rooms. they need to improve on lots of things overall to be a respected communtiy by those who live in it,and around it.
