Review for Lionsgate Apartments

Prometheus took over managing Lionsgate South from Holland Residential. It is difficult to believe that any company could be more incompetent or dishonest in their dealings than Holland Residential, but Prometheus is now setting the bar where bad management is concerned. To wit: I have been waiting for 6 months to have my unit's exterior light repaired. It's been since I moved in that the alarm system was inoperable...the maintenance tech (Gabe)said he would get right on it. Meanwhile...he is asleep on his golf cart and the office management seems too incompetent to care. Speaking of management: after the apartment's towing company towed my car out of my drive way, I immediately confronted the Manager (Christy). She was apologetic and told me to deduct the cost of towing from my rent check and that she was sorry for the inconvenience. Three weeks later, I drop the rent check with a message in the memo portion of my check that stated that this was the rent minus the $255 towing fees. A week later, I receive a letter demanding full payment of rent. What's more, these idiots had the unmitigated audacity to say that in the many conversations we have had that they never agreed to pay for towing. These people are scumbags. I am moving.
