The apartments are infested with cochroaches and it takes forever for the maintenance man to come and repair something. The insulation in the apartments is very shabby. If it is hot outside then you have to run your air constantly to keep it at a steady temp because as soon as you turn it off it is hotter inside your apartment than it is outside. Same goes for the winter time. People play loud music constantly. Sometimes, you'll have both neighbors playing there music as loud as possible. Like they are having some kind of contest. In the summertime people do not follow pool rules. If you live in front of the pool, you suffer. Several times I have been awakened by loud screaming anywhere from 4 and 5 in the morning. That should be enough to make your own judgement.

I have lived in these apartments for 5 years. These use to be great. I do stress the words "USE TO BE". We will be moving soon due to the complex likes to play "Lets trade parts on the air conditioners". We have lived without ac for 3 years and they keep refusing to fix it. If you send someone down there that is considered a senior citizen then they treat them like they are retards and don't know how to turn on the ac (yes I realize that was the managers last year, but still). I have had a leak in my 2nd bathroom in the shower so now we have no hot water. If we want to take a shower we have to go to my sister's or we have to heat water for the main bathroom to take a bath. We are moving soon and the end of the month is not coming soon enough. I'm sure we will have to fumigate before we move because I don't want roaches in my new apartment.
