Review for Three Lakes Apartments

This has been the WORST experience I have EVER HAD with an apartment, and that's saying a lot since I came from Vegas! I moved here on 8/7/09. I was told that if I got here before 6pm that I would sign the lease and get my keys to move in. I drove for 12 HOURS to get here and it took screaming at them to be able to get in! Mind you that I also had my two cats in the car with me that have ALSO been in the car for two days straight for 12 hours at a time! Then they had put me on the ground floor where I had 10 people walk in my back yard that were close enough to touch my window in my LIVING ROOM!! So I complained since I SPECIFICALLY asked for a 2nd level apartment. They tried to tell me that I requested upgrades over my own safety since I am a single female living alone. THEN they told me that I could have an apt, but I would have to move out of the one I was in in 2 hours or they would charge me $300 for THEIR mistake!! THEN I FINALLY got my apartment but they didn't move the washer and dryer that I am paying for!! My cats have been locked up all day, and it is now 4pm and I am without washer and dryer. Never mind that only ONE PERSON on this freaking staff has been even REMOTELY polite with what NORMAL PEOPLE would consider customer service skills. However, I came to let them know and the maintenance guy who was RUDE AS HE** know, and he told me that they were going to do it yesterday, but "I" said no. And I DID, because they would be incompetent enough to let them out and not even care if they got away! I have had to deal with NOTHING BUT RUDE PEOPLE in the office since I've been here! I had better service in VEGAS! It is now the 13th and I am BEYOND angry and would tell them where to go and leave, but they have my very last dime since I just got over having cancer and haven't worked for several months because of it! I hate being treated like I'm nothing. I'm scared to death that something might break, cause GOD FORBID would I need it to be FIXED!! STAY AWAY!!! It's pretty and spacious, but not worth the agony that you have to go through!!
