Review for Buckeye Parks Apartments

The people in the office are extremely unprofessional. I live in a 3 bedroom unit, and we have had ants, mice, problems that we've had to call them back about to fix. The worst was when our fuse blew we called them that morning we found out, because our refrigerator was turned off, a few other outlets and lights didn't work, AND our heat was turned off. When we called they said they'd get there asap. At 4 no one had yet arrived, so now it was after office hours and on their website it says to call the emergency pager, so we did and the rudest lady who works there answered, and yelled at me because I didn't fill out a request form online, when it clearly states online if it's an emergency, which is having no heat, (stated on the paper given to us when we moved in) that all we have to do is call the number. I politely asked her why she was yelling at me, and she responded, "Honey, if you think this is yelling you don't know what yelling is." So i told her she was being unprofessional, and she continued to yell at me, and asked, "Did you fill out the request form, YES or NO?" and I said no, she said do it and it'll get fixed. So I did it and at 8 pm someone showed up to look at our fuse box, had to leave and buy new fuses, by 9 our fridge was working again, and our heat was back on. THEN in the morning a different woman called, asking if our heat was turned back on, and we said yes, and they asked why we turned in a service request form, and said it was our fault for the miscommunication.

Our bathroom has a window in the shower, the windowsill made of wood, was full of mold when we moved in. Half of the outlets in the house are old and only two prong, when almost everything we plug in the house needs a three prong, the service man fixed them, but most of the plug still hang half out of the outlet. When he fixed the one in our bathroom, he left a huge hole in the wall, and it took us two complaints after that to get it fixed, and he just filled it with this unusual calking type material. It looks terrible.

Our toilet in the downstairs has been replaced, the upstairs one had to be fixed. We were charged $100 to have our shower drain unclogged, without being notified beforehand that we were going to be charged. And the plumber left a huge disgusting mess in the shower/tub all over our shower curtain, which I'm sure was shower drain mess.


These are only the ones I can think off of the top of my head.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, THEY ARE ALSO TERRIBLY OVER PRICED FOR THE AWFUL CONDITIONS WE LIVE IN.
