i have lived at cordell properties apartments for 3 yrs now. i think their
re great. they just did a bunch of improvements and they keep the apartments quiet. luv it.

The only renovation that could possibly improve one of their apartment buildings is demolition. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anybody.
