Review for St. Andrews Place Apartments

These people are horrible to deal with, really think twice about it. they are nice to face and screw you in the long run.

I had to break my lease early due to health reason and move back to Maryland. I did talk with the office and did everything properly and left them with my forwarding address. 3 weeks later I called the office to find out what I owe and set up a payment plan. They had already moved me over to collections and tagged on a few hundred dollars for lawyers fees. THEY NEVER TRIED TO GET A HOLD OF ME OR MAIL ME A BILLING STATEMENT. When I tried to talk to the office manager, she said I never left a forwarding, which I had a copy of the paperwork and it was on there. Once I explained this to her, she hung up on me.

These people are horrible. Now a story that happened to two other tenants that lived there. When it came time to renew their lease, the office did not offer or give them the new price for rent. Which is a 200 dollar difference. Needless to say, they moved else where.

If I know then, what I know now, I would have NEVER MOVED THERE.
