Review for Foxfire Cloisters Apartments

I agree completely.
Maintenance:
There are only two maintenance men, one of whom barely speaks English. The after hours maintenance hangs up on you rather than fill work orders. Our A/C has broken twice in the past eleven months. Our stove didn't work. We get around five minutes of hot water. All of these things were troublesome to fix

Management:
The management are rude and completely unwilling to work with anyone, especially Teri. They say one thing and then do another. They promised us one free month of rent and then the month before the free month I confirmed the next month was free, but they still tried to charge us for late rent. They towed my car while I was on vacation because they couldn't see the license plate that was clearly in the back window and then refused to admit their fault. They start out rude and nasty and it goes downhill from there.

Area: There have been fights across the street innumerable times, the fire truck has been out at least three times, and my car has been broken into and vandalized.
