Rented: 2006 To 2009

I have been here for over three years and never had a problem, but then again I follow the rules and always pay my rent before the 5th. Every time I have used the pool, it was clear and the gym was fine too. All my work orders have been done within a couple of days unless they had to make an order. Basically if I ever needed anything, I just asked nicely. You can email me if you would like pictures of the property. I will be happy to send you some.
