Rented: From 2005 To 2006

There are alot of thefts here.. Last week my neibor got his car broken into and it got stolen. My other neibor the next week got two of his expensive bikes stolen. I heard someone got shot here last year but for the most part it is a nice place. When we moved the carpets were said to be cleaned, um.. besides that the pool is good & the trees are huge. There is nothing wrong with this place besides a couple bad apples in a bunch of good apples. It is true the people at the front desk have the law on there side. If you are polite it helps. I would recommend this place if your not bothered by crime but it does have alot of families and for this amount of people in such a small place of 243 units its not a bad place.
