Rented: From 2001 To 2009

I have lived at Coachman for 8 yrs now and have seen a lot of positive changes. I do understand that change doesnt happen overnight, but I have seen a drastic improvement from the previous owners. The staff in the office actually cares, they are very nice and friendly and welcome you. The maintenance super could be a little more prompt but once I speak to the ladies in the ofc the repair usually gets doen. We are probably one of the only properties that has a tenant associateion and ms Ruth does a good job. I am actually glad to call it home.
