Review for Broadmoor Apartments

First off we had a drip in the ceiling the first day we moved in. thought no big deal call them in the morning, right. 4 I say again 4 months not days weeks, MONTHS went by before they even tried to fix the small at first then moved to a 1 foot by 3 foot black spot in the middle of the bathroom ceiling. that come to find out was used tiolet water from the people above us. then the managers gad the B@!!$ to tell us that water damage wasnt their problem and refused to listen. my first appartment hell or not i'll let you deside on that, so you can make the best choice in looking for a place to live.
