Review for Tulane Park Apartments

These apartments are ok if you want to live in the hood and deal with noisy neighbors. Parking is ok. They need to put cameras in because of all the vandalism these kids think are funny. I have the noisiest neighbors above me. I have asked them to quiet down and nothing has happened. The office has warned them but the neighbors dont care and I dont know what else the office can do. The personnel in the office are friendly and maintenance is great. If you like the hood, go for it. If you have a family..I would go somewhere else. I know one thing...I will never rent another apartment again after all the problems I am having.
