Waste Of Money And Time- Utility Charges Are So Ex

Consider this if you are thinking of moving here. Esp plantation block is aweful place and so many maintanance issues, management does not respond promptly for any maintanance, very old apartments so you will get water charges atleast $50 and electricity atleast $100 + $100 for gas in winter. Management says becuase it it old building it will be like that. No use of bringing these issues to management.

I have seen some people are recommended online but i have been living in this apartments more than 6 months, it is not a good and economic place to live. Out of rent be prepare to pay atleast 200 more everymonth and prepare to loose another 200 at the time of move out from your security deposit.
