Full Of Centipedes, Crumbling Pipes And Bad Smells

this place is crazy bad. there are HUGE centipedes all over, that randomly run out when you're in the bathroom, etc. it was obviously not up to code, and when i complained about the kitchen plumbing management threw a fit and finally called a plumber who left a huge mess in my kitchen replacing the pipes that crumbled to the touch. plus it stinks, theres homeless people in the halls and some crackheads. there was a hefty couple upstairs who had psychotically loud cracked out fights and you could hear them basically wrestling and screaming. it was nuts. straight nuts. lots of drunks and trash to boot.
