Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! There are crackheads living in 2 apartments in my hallway, my car got damaged in the parking lot 3 times. I still hear rats (or something similar) running in between the walls. However, the worse thing happening to me here was partially my fault - in case you do decide to move in make sure you read all 20 pages of your lease agreement at least 3 times!!! There are many many hooks that I've never saw before in any of the other places in Eagan... Initially it seems that they have pretty low prices which was the reason why I moved in, but in the long run you'll pay much more baceuse of shady things in the lease.
