Review for Stone Grove Apartments

I had a copy of this review dropped of anonymously dropped off to the office last night, so here's my response- The Manager

Regardless if you chose to live in your rented apartment, or visit your rented apartment for an hour every other Thursday for a year, your apartment is your apartment; until the contract ends. The apartment would never be “occupied” by us unless the apartment and the utilities had been abandoned, the lease and tenancy ends and keys returned, or there is a major emergency with the apartment. As anyone with common sense can guess, this is ALL covered in the terms of the lease. Any lease. ANY apartment, ANYWHERE you go. Duh!

My guess is those who had trouble paying rent, or don't understand the terms of the contract/lease have the biggest issue with Stonegrove on this “tell all and run”website! I do not remember anyone having their arm twisted to sign a lease, and in fact, can rescind the lease within 72 hours of signing if they felt they were in the wrong place! 99% of the people who live at Stone Grove just want to live their lives, with a small percentage who wish to deal in slander, and bad energy. I will put it this way; if you have issue with this apartment building, the management, my door is always open. Come in, discuss, and get in on the table. Don’t sneak behind us on this low life web site to slander us/me and then run away. If you want an issue addressed bring it in, and lets figure it out.

This public "service" of apartment reviews allows me to type these words in without true verification of who I am, or if my words are true (which they are) or are words of slander (which the words written by the last poster are most certainly!). This site has ZERO credibility because of their lax method of identification of the authors of the posts.
Notice we are not paid advertisers on this site…hmmm makes me wonder here!?


My advice is come see our apartments. Talk to our people, look at any apartment you wish, but don’t DONT make your decision based on the mixed up website! Internet reviews beware!
