Review for Heritage Realty Associates Apartments

I renter for about a year and it was horrible I regreted signing the lease every day. First of all before you sign the manager Michael Tribune will seem like the nicest guy he will promise you this and that and another thing but once you sign he does not care at all, all he cares is money he's very very greedy. The apartments themselves look ok but are bad, the noise level from the street is horrible can't sleep with the windows open. The kitchens are tiny, cabinets smell and the odor ends up on all items placed in them, gross!! I had never seen the halways cleaned always dusty and dirty. The carpets looked like they belong in the 70's. Although abundance of parking you are charged per car and depending which building you live in you can only have 1 car. During winter his so called staff comes in the middle of the night with a noisy snowblower to take care of the snow. What they do is make a small way that only one person can fit through and put only limited pellets on the ground. You will be slipping and sliding everytime you exit the buildings. Whenever you call to have something fixed he does not care he either will tell you that you don't need it or will not perform the work at all. Did I mentioned that his staff has keys to all of the apartments they can walk in and out without your knowledge. Please if you decide to rent from Heritage Realty and Michael Tribuna make sure to be very careful with him he's a step away from a con artist. Be very very carefull!!!!
