Review for Four Winds Apartments

The noise here is incredible. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the apartment above you...and I mean everything. We had to move out of our master bedroom because it sounded like the people upstairs were having sex in our bedroom. The office staff is terrible. I had a problem with my garbage disposal, when I called to report it...the manager talked to me like I was a child who didn't know what to put down a disposal. They actually moved us from the apartment across the hall because in that apartment, our master bedroom was above the boiler room...when the fall came and the boilers started running, the noise in the bedroom was awful! Then there's the smell! There is a horrible odor. I am a clean freak and when I walk into my apartment it smells like something died. I have complained about this from day one and they made us think we were crazy...until we talked to other tenants. NOW, a year later...they're blaming it on the landfill. It's not the landfill...it's FOUR WINDS! They don't tell you everything when you first ask about the living conditions. My main concern was noise and as you can see...they lied to me BIG TIME! Don't even drive in the driveway of what they call a luxury apartment. It's a slum that they charge and enormous amount of money to live in.
