We have absolutely loved living at the Reservoir Condominiums! The building is very professionally maintained, hallways cleaned often, washers/dryers kept working great, and maintenance issues managed by the building manager are taken care of promptly. The outdoor areas are also very nice-beautiful flower gardens and a pool that is kept clean and running. Others have complained about the building manager- but he is good at his job and goes by the rules. If you follow the condominium rules (which are nothing excessive), he will like you. He has been very kind to my boyfriend and I and has gone above and beyond his call of duty to help us out with various things.

I would highly recommend living here if you want the convenience of living just a short train ride into the city, but with out the high price and small apartments.

I was never violating any condo rules when Mr Surly Superintendent gave his attitude. It was little things like he'd lecture me about letting someone in the door when we both entered the building at the same time. As in he expected me to shut the door in my neighbors face (who I know, thank you very much!) and then force him to use his own key to enter the building. As if. And he also then proceeded to lecture me once about how residents are not allowed to throw out cat litter or something. Which was just him trying to lecture me, a silly girl who does NOT even have a cat! Oh, and then there was his nasty little notes he'd write in the elevator a few months ago--telling everyone to behave and not be 5year olds. He just completely lacked tact, I think.
