A Few Problems...

Rented: From 2009 To 2009

we got a newly renovated apartment that supposedly had new insulation in the walls. I don't know if they forgot to put it in or what-- we can clearly hear everything that goes on with our neighbors, and I'm not just talking about background noise. It's incredibly annoying to hear the alarms of the people next door in the morning and every word of their phone conversations in the evening.

The building we moved into still has renovations going on, and they like to turn the water off on us without any warning. And not just for a few hours-- it's usually for the whole day.

Apart from that, the apartment looks nice (renovated apartments have new floors, new kitchens, and new bathrooms!) and there is always a ton of empty parking spaces. The gated entrance is a nice security touch, and Maintenance usually responds to any problems right away.
