We have had the most awful time with this property. It's right near the woods, and we have constant problems with bugs: crickets, spoiderss, ants, and now bed bugs. My husaband sprays constantly for ants, but they're always crawling around the kitchen and bathroom. We keep a clean house, and have never had problems like this before. They determined today that we have bed bugs, and can't even come treat for it until wednesday! Outrageous! We've had to sleep on the couch at night! BTW this place smells like a sewer at night. Bottom Line: These townhouses are DIRTY, old, filled with bugs. Management doesn't care about your problems and Bonnie, the property manager is always "off site." Did I mention we pay $1110 for rent? We're moving next month.

It's been like this from day one. When we moved in the place was in awful shape, it took them months to fix everything. DONT RENT HERE!
