Review for Morrison Place Apartments

Morrison Place is in my opinion the best apartment community in Monroe. That being said, there's not huge selection of upscale ones here to begin with. It's extremely safe, Mrs. Becky in the office is awesome and our maintenance guy is relatively fast. The grounds are nice, but the selling point is the location. I am in walking distance to two parks for my toddler to enjoy. I rent a 3bdrm 2ba on the ground level and my unit has a jacuzzi in the Master. I love it. The only negative is being under a group of noisy girls with yappy dogs that have woken my baby up a couple of times stomping around. This is just coincidental, the 2bdrm/2ba deluxe I rented here last year was extremely quiet.The neighbors seem to be really nice (even the noisy girls!) and most are older. Pros -are pretty much everything/ Cons- none really (just make sure you ask Becky to give you the scoop on your prospective neighbors before you sign your lease)
