Review for The Quarters Apartments

The only advantage of living at the Quarters s that you don't have to drive to UL.

Otherwise: This place is not worth the money you spend to live here. Although it is gated, it is in the CENTER of the hood and people can easily get into the complex. Not enough parking spots for people living there. I am a female with night classes and I have to park in visitor's lot and walk all the way to my apartment building at night, ALONE! That is quite a walk. Furniture is very poor and needs upgrading. Only certain apartments have new furniture! The club house is lame and the Quarters is right next to a DAMN TRAIN TRACK (which trains take advantage of quite well riding by all loud at 4am. Talk about well rested college students). The water taste like water that someone had used to boil shrimp in. HORRIBLE! Things are always broken. My fan creeks and the floor vibrates whenever the A.C. unit is on.

There are much better places to live that are inexpensive compared to the Quarters overpriced crappy apartments.
