Review for Fort Boone Plaza Apartments

I never lived in this apartment, but my employment took me there once. The hallways are long, dark and smelly. It is very loud and the filthiest place I have ever been in my life! If you look on the KY State Police Sex offender registry you will find that half of the sex offenders in Franklin County are living there. This building needs to be torn down. It is nothing but a roach infested place for criminals to go in between convictions. This place should be condemned. I don't understand how it can be Section 8 approved.
