Rented: From 2007 To 2009

Not only was the rent raised now we are being charge for water and sewage,and the first charge on the bill is ativation and serv charges that are 10$ water and sewage around 7$.Hiden charges in the lease.Try to get a repair done....be ready for a longgggg wait for it.This has been a nightmare the last year here.I will not be renewing my lease here.I would not recommend this to anyone!This tiny 2 bedroom apt is not worth the price at all.Oh it is so great in the mornings listening to everyones showers running,better have a good volume on your tv.
