Review for Chateau Knoll Apartments

Have lived here 2 years. There is no assigned parking, and I often can't park in front of my own building and my guests never are able to park near my apartment. Snow removal here does not exist. They swipe a small path down the center of the roads, while plowing in our vehicles. The sidewalks and parking lots turn to glare ice from lack of shoveling or plowing.All the work is way below average, dried paint drips running down walls,carpets with paint spatters,windows that dont close and rattle horribly,cheap blinds that fall apart, even the new decks are poor quality with large chunks of splintered wood and nailheads poking up.Our hallways were just painted and the morons painted the iron railings with latex which is now all chipped off.The cleaning crew last vacummed our hallway months ago, and our laundry room in the basement is full of spiderwebs and dirt on the floor from the constant leaking when it rains.Complaints to the office about parking or other issues are ignored.There is dog crap EVERYWHERE and I have NEVER seen any dog owner here pick up after their mutt.I wont be renewing my lease, and will warn others to look elsewhere.

By all means, if you aren't happy here you should move on.
