Review for University West Apartments

After paying to have the carpet shampooed, cleaning the apartment, and getting it into a condition as it was when I moved into it, not only did I not get my $400 deposit back, but I was assessed another $385. The screen door that goes out to the balcony was not tracking correctly and the screen had pulled loose at one corner. $785 is a lot to pay for a sliding screen door particularly as it was worn in the first place.
