Review for Copper Beech Townhomes Apartments

I stayed in a Copper Beach townhome for one year and incurred numerous problems. The first is that we weren't ale to move in on time. They say it was the previous tennants fault who was late in getting out. I don't care it is their responsibility to fulfill the contract.

They didn't do a very careful cleaning of the apartment when they left and when we got there the walls were stained, the carpets were stained, the trim was damaged, and there were burns on the carpets. We turned in the check in sheet in the drop box and surprise, surprise at the end of the year they accused us of never turning one in. Amzing how they got all of our check dropped there though. So they used us to pay for new carpets and wall paint (painting the walls between tennants is REQUIRED anyway, nothing we should pay for).
Here are some other issues though.

-We were told there was high speed internet suitable for large downloads, gaming, etc. When the internet was very slow and we complained we were told by a nasty woman that the internet "isn't for downloading and stuff".
- There were multiple break ins at surrounding apartments and one of our cars. Break ins while people were sleeping. The apartment refused to allow us to brace the windows, use window alarms, and told us they would put in motion detector lighting and never did. They were more concerned about appearances and spending their money then they were about our lives.

This is a horrible place that is extremely poorly managed. Go somewhere decent like Blackbird Farms or Beau Jardin.
