Review for Sunrise Village Apartments

Only real good thing about this apts is its location/convenience. Internet is extremely unreliable and often slow with low signal on wireless (hardly works on weekends even with Ethernet cord). Couches and floors are often disgusting (due to many students who do not take care of provided furniture, food spills shoes on couch etc). Pressure washing the furniture wouldn’t hurt! The apts and rooms are expected to be cleaned by tenants and with professional cleaning crew to clean after tenants leave but every time I’ve moved in I’ve found scraps of paper, nail clippings galore, small items left by previous tenants (does not look cleaned at all). Management LOVESto park their SUV diagonally with at least half of their vehicle hanging in the driving space (very irritating and IMO does not show any respect for the tenants) the only reason why I've stayed is because of its location.
