Review for Colonial House Apartments

Make sure you read the fine print. A good portion of your deposit is non-refundable. They call it a registration or application fee. When you are checking out make sure they go over your areas of responsibility. DON'T let them tell you that they will do it after everyone has checked out!! Calculating what has been charged among 6 roommates the carpet charges alone would clean the apartment twice.
Not going back there!!
