I lived there with my boyfriend, the management was horrible. They lost our rent check a couple times and threatened to evict us. So it got to the point where we had to drop off our rent checks at their office and get a signed slip saying that it was paid. It shouldn't have to come to that. Oh, and a couple times they "didn't receive" our rent, they threatened again to evict us until we paid including the late fee of $250. The first time that happened, it got "lost in the mail" and how come we found a bank charge for the rent on our statement? Then it happened again, we just figured ok, it got lost in the mail, so we canceled that check and wrote out a new one to them plus the late fee we got charged for "not paying them on time". Then, a week later, we get a letter in the mail with the canceled check enclosed saying that they couldn't cash it because the bank refused it. And the date that they had stamped on the check was prior to when they threatened to evict us.

The apartment was decent, it was livable, quite small though. The carpet was very old, the linoleum in both the kitchen and bathroom looked like they were from the 80's. No dishwasher, no washer/dryer. You had to use the community washer and dryer and were always afraid that your things might get stolen from the machines. The front door to our apartment was so easy to break into. There were no security locks on it, just a regular key lock, you could literally break into the apartment using a credit card! I know because I've done it! There were no security guards...the security guards you did see were for the apartment complex next door. There were no guest parkings and only 1 parking stall per apartment. So we had to park the 2nd vehicle on the streets about a block away from the apartment. And usually it was very hard finding street parking see as how there were about 3 apartment complexes in the same vicinity. I wouldn't recommend living there, it was cheap but then you'd have to deal with the less than perfect management.
