Unless you're into illegal immigrants, gang activity, thundering stereo systems at all hours of the night, weekly visits from the police, having your car and home broken into, people smoking pot outside, graffiti, broken bottles, and hordes of unsupervised 3rd graders sitting on your car and breaking your windows, this is probably not the place for you. Office staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, many units have 2 and 3 families illegally packed into them, the dumpsters are constantly overflowing into the parking lot, and there is NO lighting outside. It's dangerous, it's filthy, and I'm glad to be far away from it.
