Review for The Villas At Sugarloaf Apartments

My fiance and I moved here on Halloween of last year and signed a 13 month lease. He travels a lot but I have been there for most of this time. First the bad things, the walls are very thin, I can even hear people walking up and down the stairs going to work in the morning. I had some loud neighbors upstairs and after talking with the security officer and management I haven't heard anything from those people. I was impressed by the way it was handled. As for another one of my neighbors who now has a record of 4 dogs that they do not keep on a leash who let their very large dogs use the bathroom in my yard my fiance and I have complained at least 5 times and to no resolve( the people are supposedly moving out) I don't blame the staff because it is obvious they don't know ahead of time these people are complete morons!
But the great things are that the maintenance comes within hours of calling for a problem-they are friendly, trustworthy, and good at their jobs. I read a lot of reviews about the staff but I found them to be some of the sweetest girls I have met. Brittany is a doll and though she was not our leasing agent takes great care of us and made it a point to learn our names and apt number. Erica is great as well and always willing to chat when we came into the office. I never really encountered Brandi so I am not sure about her but she is the manager she is not supposed to kiss peoples butt she is supposed to make sure the property is being run well. When we moved in Patricia was our agent and sadly she moved to another complex but she was so wonderful and part of the reason we even moved in. The apartment is huge, the bedroom is huge, the kitchen is nice with great appliances and the garage is huge! If i ever did see spiders (which are part of nature) I would call for the pest control to come out which is free and they faithfully came every time and there were no issues. This has been the best apartment complex I have stayed in so far, I just hope they can keep it up because I would hate for it to go downhill. If we werent purchasing a house I would stay, I would just probably move to a 2nd floor apartment.
